During Bumbershoot, On 1 met up with Seattle artist Luke Rain while doing promotion for ReignCity during Katie Kate's set on the Promenade Stage. The rapper introduced his new artist Anthony Carlton, who Rain will be producing the full album of and managing Carlton's upcoming Norhtwest tour run before discussing his current project "Rain Shine," and letting us know about a new project likely to drop early 2013.
