Stacey Dash Upset Over Romney Loss, Goes On 1,344 Word Rant

Stacey Dash and everyone else who had their hopes high that Mitt Romney would dethrone President Barack Obama in the 2012 presidential election are pretty bummed out at the crushing defeat the Republican party suffered, both in the presidential election and with many of the senate votes as well. Dash has for a while now publicly let her support for Mitt be known, and she's taken heavy fire from both fellow celebrities and the general public for her Romney co-sign.

Stacey is one of a very few number of black celebrity figures to support Romney during the election. After the defeat, Stacey penned a long 1,344 word letter about her many thoughts on the election outcome, the state of the U.S., and President Obama.

Everyone getting government handouts voted obama. Romney wanted to end that. As do i. My tax dollars used to fund someones drug habbit or buy js at the next release instead of paying the light bill

Corporate handouts like the ones Romney was trying to reinstate account for more of your tax dollars that the safety net. But check the facts CORPORATE welfare for companies that dont need it in the first place was costing us more than the safety net that is in place because people need it. What are cats going to do in 4 years when obama can't run again? Not vote? More then likely be a couple of white guys running against one another. Will jay z be so willing to support a white democrat? I mean he won the young vote for obama. I don't trust the hip hop community with a blender much less the country.

Stacey had every right to vote for Romney...Others had a right to comment on it as well...President Obama is not responsible for the economy...The policies promoted by Romney was not going to fix the things you blamed on Obama...Obama is actually the reason why the economy has not completely collapsed. Obama was not elected just because he was Black. He is the most competent and the only one with a comprehensive view to include a majority of Americans in his policy platform. Romney is a liar and said anything he thought would get him in the White House. He thought he could buy his way in.

I agree, Stacey should have the right to express her thoughts without humiliation and ridicule. However She must realize that as a public figure she's gonna catch heat at some point. You cannot enjoy the adulation and material gains that your public image provides you and then trip when public opinion goes against you. I'm glad that the American people used their voting power and both the electoral college and popular vote made a clear statement that the elitist divisive politics of the past, will not be allowed to tarnish our future.The Republicans exposed themselves as so out of touch that it was a joke.Unity is the only way forward

You know, after reading her 'rant' regarding the aftrermath of the election, i now realize something: everyone who hates on Blacks that can form a decent opinion and stand on it happen to be the ones overwhelmingly in Obama's camp. Basically, Obama likes useful idiots.
