Lil Wayne's recent health issues prevented him from making a court appearance in his case against Quincy Jones III. If you recall, the Young Money front man sued Jones over his documentary in which Wayne claims he was portrayed in a negative manner. Weezy also says several of his tracks were used in the short film without his consent.
The proceedings of the case began on Monday, but Wayne was a no-show. Weezy's attorney had no choice but to play his deposition tape for the jury which could prove to be detrimental for the rapper, as the tape shows Lil Wayne refusing to answer any of the attorney's questions in regards to the case.
The judge reportedly scolded Lil Wayne for his actions in the video and called his behavior "unreasonable" and "irresponsible."
