Toni Braxton: Oprah Was So Mean to Me!

Toni Braxton has experienced extreme highs and lows in her career, with her lowest point being when she filed for bankruptcy. Despite owning up to her gaping financial mistakes Toni is saying that Oprah Winfrey added to the scrutiny she received after filing for bankruptcy.

Toni makes her revelation during the taping of her upcoming episode of Vh1's "Behind the Music," where she claims "[Oprah] was so frickin' mean to me, I was in shock."

The "Un-break My Heart" singer continued, "She said, 'I hear you have Gucci flatware; I'm Oprah Winfrey and I don't have Gucci flatware...' You didn't have Gucci flatware because you didn't wanna buy it; it's not because you couldn't afford it."

Toni ended the segment, stating "And immediately she made me feel this big. That moment completely changed my career. It made people look down on me."

The 45-year-old entertainer initially filed for bankruptcy in 1998, but couldn't recover and was forced to file again in 2010.

Well, that's what her "gold digging" ass gets!!! I guess she can't find herself a rich dummy to take of her??? Lets keep it real, her sister Tamara is with her husband for the same reason, and that's financial security!!! If you are a shallow person karma will eventually put you back on planet earth in a time in your life...Toni knew before the interview that the bankruptcy could've been a topic and she could've prepared herself for it. Oprah is a professional with years of experience so saying that Oprah did her wrong is dumb. If you are almost broke and still go out & party people around you should stop U from it - that's what friends are for so Oprah was giving U a hint. Instead of blaming her for telling the truth, suck it up and learn to live with the fact that she did not sugarcoat anything because the truth might hurt - Toni just don't want to hear it.......get your shit 2gether!!!

Oprah made her feel stupid &small for helping her realize that even a billionaire like oprah herself wouldn't buy such an extravagant non-necessity like gucci brand FLATWARE?
