Exclusive: BET cancels American Gangster TV Series
Having directed the Mac Dre / Romper Room episode on last season's American Gangster, it is with great sadness that I have to report that the award winning season is no more.
Narrated by Ving Rames, American Gangster was the first TV documentary series to tell first hand accounts of some of the biggest black gangsters in US history.
The series ran for 3 seasons.
