Despite being arrested last week for assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly attacking his fiancee and her son, Flavor Flav is looking to reconcile and make amends. On Monday, October 22nd, Flav's attorney, Tony Abbatangel, made a court appearance on behalf of his client, saying that the New York native would love to reconnect with girlfriend Elizabeth Trujillo.
The initial incident went down last Wednesday, when Las Vegas police arrived at Flavor Flav's home after Trujillo made a 911 call. She stated that Flav attacked her and proceeded to go after her 16-year-old son Girard as well. The Public Enemy member was taken into custody, and after posting $23,000 bail he was released.
If convicted on the felony assault charges, Flavor Flav faces six years behind bars. He's also facing six months for the misdemeanor domestic battery charge.
