Zimbabwe Man Beats Wife For Not Giving Him Chicken

Apparently a man 40-year-old man from Zimbabwe takes his chicken very seriously. Jabulani Nube, recently admitted to beating his wife, Nomusa Sibanda, for withholding the best parts of their chicken dinner for herself. After having cooked a very nice chicken dinner for the both of them, Ms. Sibanda gave Mr. Nube the chicken's gizzard, wings, and a drumstick, but that was not enough to satisfy Mr. Nube, as he flipped and beat her for what he considered to be "disrespect".
Ms. Sibanda managed to escape his assaulting hands and ran to her grandmother for safety. Mr. Nube has apparently also threatened to file for divorce because of this ridiculous matter. Even the tribal counsel ruled in Mr. Nube's favor regarding the issue and fined Ms. Sibanda for her "failure" to serve him properly.
Had this occurred in the U.S., Mr. Nube would have some angry brothers, father, or friends knocking on his door to give him a taste of his own medicine for beating on his wife over something so foolish.
