Young Money rapper Tyga is facing a lawsuit from his landlord, Gholamreza Rezai, who claims the artist stopped paying rent on his Malibu mansion in September. Rezai says Tyga signed a 1-year lease back in June and agreed to pay the whopping $16,000 a month rent to live at the pad.
Rezai says Tyga desired to move out of the mansion by the end of September, claiming that fans were continually showing up to his front door. The rapper also claimed that there wasn't enough security around the premises.
Despite Tyga's desire to want to move out, Rezai would not terminate the lease agreement and wanted the rapper to pay over the rent for the month of September. But Tyga refused to do so. To make matter's worst, Rezai says Tyga has yet to vacate the premises .
The rapper is being sued for damages and past-due rent.
