Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey have managed to take over the spotlight for the past couple of weeks, but for all the wrong reasons. Their ongoing feud on the set of popular television show "American Idol" has become a booming topic and their relationship doesn't seem to be getting any better. The two judges have been at each other's necks for some time now and "American Idol" producers have finally come forward to address the matter. But despite Nicki and Mariah's issues, producers say the majority of what's being reported is "inaccurate".
"This is one of the best, most passionate, dynamic and invested judging panels we've ever had. We love and support all of the judges and the fantastic work they are doing, and we can't imagine a better group to find the next American Idol," reads the statement. "Despite all the accusations and media speculation -- much of which is inaccurate -- production is going extremely well today and the judges are focused on finding the best talent here in Baton Rouge."
The producers of the show aren't the only ones who feel this situation is being blown out of proportion. Rapper Cee Lo Green recently shared his opinion on the matter, simply saying "This is Hollywood, California. Hardly anything's legit."
Do you feel the beef between Nicki and Mariah is legit?
