Former NFL running back Larry Johnson has been arrested on a domestic disturbance charge, according to TMZ. Details surrounding the incident are sketchy, as Clark County Jail records simply state that Johnson's been accused of strangling a currently unidentified victim in Las Vegas. He was arrested early Friday morning.
Johnson, who was once a multi-million dollar star running back for the Kansas City Chiefs, will be detained until his court appearance on Saturday morning. Since 2003, Johnson has been arrested 4 times and in each case he was said to have assaulted a female.
Other issues include a 2008 lawsuit in which Johnson was accused of spitting on a woman in a nightclub and a 2011 suit for allegedly assaulting a man in Miami. We'll keep you updated on the details of this latest domestic disturbance incident.
