West Coast rapper Xzibit has reportedly angered Uncle Sam again. The federal government issued X to the Z a tax lien for the $130,696.65 that he owes in back taxes for the year 2011.
The "Pimp My Ride" host has already filed for bankruptcy twice since 2009, so he isn't new to the tax struggle. Calls to him and his people weren't returned.
