50's latest venture is a new book that he plans on releasing on December 25th, titled "Formula 50: A 6-Week Total Body Transformation Plan". The book is obviously a health book that focuses on fitness regarding metabolic resistance training, and the middle ground between cardio and building muscles. 50 also shares his knowledge on nutrition in order to help people become disciplined with their diets which will help them maintain the proper workout plan. 50 released the following comment regarding his upcoming workout book:
