Last month Usher was granted custody of his two sons, but his ex-wife Tameka Raymond has not given up the fight for her children just yet. She recently filed a motion to retry the custody case because she feels as though the judge was biased and ruled in favor of Usher, because his lawyers raised money for the judge's re-election.
Usher has since come forward with a counter to Tameka's claims, which he feels are "an assault on the integrity of the court." He also feels as though Tameka's latest strategic move was "a continuum of vile and unsupported claims that every person who dared testify against her...is biased and tainted."
