L.A. gets quite busy around this time of year when celebs pour into the city for the VMAs. This year pre-parties were happening all over the city, most notably the G.O.O.D. Music Moet Rose Lounge event, Drake's Crooks and Castles party and French Montana's shindig at Sin City, LA. All three events involved plenty of popped bottles.
