George Clinton is too funky for his bills. The U.S. government filed another federal tax lien against Clinton for over $20,000 from 2009 and 2010. It's another setback for the funk legend, who already owes $115,000 to the IRS for 2007 and 2008. George hasn't commented on his situation.
