Dez Bryant has been one of the Dallas Cowboys' bright spots since they made him a member of their organization. But in his short two year career, Bryant has also displayed unacceptable and immature behavior off the field. He hasn't been involved in any high profile cases; it's more petty instances where he makes himself, as well as the Cowboys team, look bad.

But the worst incident occurred when reports circulated that he got into a domestic dispute with his mother of all people, and allegedly threatened to kill her. When the Cowboys organization caught wind of the matter which took place last month, it led them to implement a set of rules that Bryant has agreed to follow.

According to ESPN Dallas, the new rules consist of: a curfew of midnight, no drinking alcohol, no strip clubs, nightclubs allowed only if he has a security team with him, he must have security personnel with him at all times, he will be driven to practice and games by said security personnel.

The franchise owner, Jerry Jones, had some good things to say about his star wide receiver but did state he has to get himself together so he can focus solely on helping the team.

"He's just got to come on, step up and accept responsibility, and I think he can get there. I'm demanding that he work through it. He must do it or we can't count on him. Oh yeah, [he's] very much willing to do anything he can to help himself and help the team," Jones told ESPN. "He's very open-minded and cooperative. He's doing the right things by his teammates and everybody is counting on him."
