Rap mogul Jay-Z continues to keep busy by building on new ventures and endeavors in several different areas of business. Yet, he always finds time to spend with his family, especially his daughter Blue Ivy Carter. Those who've been close to Jay over the years say his spirits have been on the upside since the rapper became a father. Philadelphia rapper Freeway shares his thoughts on Jay being a father.
"Jay is a good friend of mine and this is like the most happiest I've seen him in a minute, man. He's upbeat, good-spirited, you know what I'm saying? He's just happy to be a father. I've always said he's one of the best to do it, as far as the whole career, the whole family situation. He's living the American Dream right now. Much love to him."
