DJ Khaled is facing a lawsuit over back rent for his high end luxury apartment. According to court documents, Misci LLC rented an apartment to the popular Miami DJ in September of last year. Khaled agreed to pay $66,000 for the apartment based on the original agreement. He made the first payment but skipped on the second one.
Findings in the lawsuit state that the initial deal between Misci LLC and DJ Khaled was re-negotiated. Khaled was give the opportunity to make a first payment of $11,000 with the remaining $55,000 to come at a later date. They claim he didn't follow up on the new reworked deal and furthermore he's refusing to leave the apartment.
He's being sued for rent along with attorney fees.
