Late Beastie Boys member Adam Yauch, who was also known as MCA, made it clear in his will that his image and music, along with anything else he has created cannot be used for commercial use or advertising. His will was filed in Manhattan Surrogate Court on Tuesday and it says that MCA's $6.4 million is to be placed in a trust fund for his wife Dechen Yauch and their 13-year-old daughter.

It remains unknown if the will also prohibits MCA's long time band-mates from selling their tunes to advertisers. Neither Yauch's attorney nor a Beastie Boys spokesperson have made any comments in regards to the matter.

The legendary member passed away back on May 4th from salivary cancer only a few days after the iconic Hip Hop group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
