Singer Toni Braxton is being named in a lawsuit involving over $57,000 in unpaid advertising for her reality television show "Braxton Family Values". The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court by a a company named National Promotions & Advertising who contends they agreed with Braxton to promote the shows second season.
According to findings within the lawsuit, National Promotions & Advertising contends that they agreed to post "Braxton Family Values" posters across the country for a whopping $57,322.29. The company claims to have done their job but was never compensated for their work. Now their suing for their initial fee as well as damages.
A Toni Braxton representative says that the long-time singer and entertainer does not handle and is not involved in the shows marketing outtakes. Rather, it's handled by the television station WEtv.
