Adult Film Star Suing Bow Wow for Stolen Dance Moves

French adult film award winner Celine "Katsuni" Tran has apparently filed a lawsuit against rapper Bow Wow for allegedly stealing her dance moves for his "Drank in My Cup" remix music video. She is alleging that Bow Wow used a Katsuni body double who "engaged in intimate activities with Bow Wow," similar to to an erotic dance she performed for the French band Electronic Conspiracy.
In the video for Electronic Conspiracy, Katsuni played the role of an exotic dancer and performed various moves which she claims were ripped off by Bow Wow for his "Drank in My Cup" remix. She is currently suing him and the Universal Music Group label for more than $75,000 plus punitive damages for publicity rights violations, unfair business practices, false association and unjust enrichment.
According to the lawsuit:
"At no time did plaintiff permit footage of her dance performance in the Electronic Conspiracy music video to be used for any other purpose or in conjunction with any other musician other than Electronic Conspiracy."
