Jay Electronica hasn't released a full project since the wildly original "Act I: Eternal Sunshine" in 2007, the same project that first garnered him acknowledgement. Since then, he has been the most mysterious figure in hip hop, releasing a handful of singles but no real timetable for when we should expect his new project, "Act II: Patents of Nobility".
Finally, Jay Elect has at least elected to share the tracklist, although there is still no official release date for the most delayed album in hip hop, outside of Detox. The album will feature guest appearances from Kanye West, Jay-Z, The Dream, Diddy, and The Bullits.
