Three members of the Pop-rap group Black Eyed Peas are currently having some legal issues. Will.I.am, Taboo and Apl.de.ap are in the process of suing their negligent business manager Sean M. Larkin for failing to file seven years' worth of income tax returns. The musicians discovered in 2009 that their tax bills far exceeded the number they expected to see, and confronted their manager about it. Larkin agreed to file the missing forms, but never ended up getting around to it.

Larkin is currently in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, and owes the government more than a million in back taxes. The Black Eyed Peas members are asking the judge to keep Larkin in bankruptcy until he pays them back.
