The many Boston Celtics fans who have rooted for Ray Allen over the past five years are definitely feeling salty at the moment that he will be draining 3 point shots for the Miami Heat instead of the Celtics next season. However, Ray hasn't forgotten his love for Boston one bit, and issued a "Thank You" message to all of his fans that he'll be leaving behind in Sunday's (July 15th) Boston Globe. He took out a full-page ad to express his gratitude for Boston providing him with a home and a great team to play for for the past five years.
