Rumors of imprisoned rapper Remy Martin being killed while behind bars began circulating on Monday. But her husband, fellow rapper Papoose, along with DJ Kay Slay have cleared up all confusion, saying that Remy Martin is just fine.
The two took to Twitter to let everyone know that there was no truth to the rumors. Remy Ma herself even called into Hot 97 and spoke with Funkmaster Flex about the issue.
"I'm good. I heard I'm dead and all types of craziness. People are crazy. They have nothing to do with their lives. I'm in New York state, I'm about 45 minutes from the BX. [When am I expecting to come home?] In about twenty-two and a half months. Yeah. It's been almost five years I've been gone. It's almost over."
