Is Lil Wayne Planning On Releasing A "No Ceilings II" Mixtape?

Nothing has been confirmed just yet, however rumors have started flying around that Lil Wayne may be working on a second installment to his "No Ceilings" mixtape, ever since DJ Scoob Doo tweeted "I heard a 2nd installment of a certain Mixtape is about to be in the works. #breadoverbed".
Again, it is just a rumor at the moment, however fans will surely be excited if Lil Wayne does in fact release a sequel, "No Ceilings II" mixtape, given the fact that the first one was so well received.
