Flavor Flav Threw Massive 4th of July Party, Vows to Throw Another

On the 4th of July, Flavor Flav's house is the place to be. He threw a massive party for his neighborhood on this year's Independence Day, setting up an elaborate fireworks display on his front lawn. Despite the successful party, Vegas PD eventually shut it down and left Flav with a warning.
For next year, Flav still wants to throw another party, but says he has to follow Vegas PD's rules for it to work. "There's a way you do it with respect...If I don't follow their rules I can go to jail...so ill be more careful next year."
