Rapper Trina recently spoke to TMZ about Frank Ocean announcing to the world that he is in fact attracted to men. The rapper said she is proud of him for being honest about his sexual preferences and that his decision to come out of the closet was brave, especially since he is a talented artist. Trina feels as though his talent alone should be what people focus on when it comes to his music, and his own sexual preference shouldn't be a concern when it comes to his career.
"I don't think [Frank's] music sales or the level of support his music obtains should be judged based on his sexual preference. If he's happy and comfortable with his sexuality then so be it. I feel his decision to come forward was bold and honest. It's his life. Let him enjoy and live it. I wish him much success and happiness."
