Anthony Davis became the #1 overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft on Thursday night and he's already looking to market himself as a professional athlete. Specifically, he wants to own the "Fear the Brow" trademark that was created by the owner of his Alma Mater's apparel store.

The store, Blue Zone, is owned by Reid Coffman who created the "Fear the Brow" slogan and trademarked the phrase in November of 2011. He's since made a name for himself by stamping all types of apparel with the popular slogan.

Earlier this month, the reigning college player of the year, Davis, tried to trademark the same phrase. But Coffman isn't willing to just hand it over. He's looking for big money before he gives up the now-popular phrase.

Coffman contends that if offered the right price from Davis or anyone else, he has no problem giving up rights to the trademark.

"If someone like Nike took this slogan over it could be worth millions", he says.

Anthony Davis hasn't spoken about the filing since draft night, but just before he was taken number 1 by the New Orleans Hornets, he said "My agents and my parents talked it over and they came at me with the idea. And I loved it. Who doesn't love money?"
