Juicy J and DJ Paul of Thee 6 Mafia are being sued by Micah S. Carver for not showing up to a scheduled performance in Orlando, Florida, back in April 2011.  Lord Infamous and their Tear Da Club Up Tours LLC. company is also involved in the lawsuit.

Carver officially filed the lawsuit on June 8th, and is suing them for a total of $50,000 for economic loss, out-of-pocket expenses, and loss of income and revenue.  They were apparently given a $9,000 advance to play at the Firestone Live venue, but they never returned that money either.

Carver's lawsuit claims that Three 6 Mafia skipped out on their scheduled Orlando performance to "attend another activity and appear on VH1 subsequent to executing the agreement."
