After being available for purchase for over 2 months now, Nicki Minaj's sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded has finally hit that "Gold" mark in total album sales.  Her album sold an impressive 253,000 copies within the first week of its release and debuted at Number 1 on the Billboard charts.

This week June 4th-10th, Nicki's Roman Reloaded album sold 15,000 copies which brought her total album sales to 508,000.  She already has one album, Pink Friday, that has reached Platinum in the U.S. and she is now over half way there with her second.  Nicki will be receiving a certified Gold plaque from the RIAA fairly soon.

The success keeps rolling in for Nicki.  It looks like Funk Master Flex will have to eat his words for dissing her at the 2012 Summer Jam concert about not going Gold.
