Sadly, yet another famous figure is falling to the pressures of keeping up with child support payments. Evander Hoylfied, former heavyweight champion of the world and one of the greatest, toughest boxers of all time, is now facing possible jail time if he doesn't find a way to come up with $372,097.40 in unpaid child support.
According to the GA. Department of Human Services Evander hasn't made any child support payments for his 18-year-old daughter Emani Holyfield, since April of 2010. The Dept. of Human Services is now requesting that the judge working the case put Holyfield behind bars and intercept his financial income until he pays the complete tab.
According to Evander's rep, "Mr. Holyfield has a wonderful relationship with his daughter."
Sadly, a great and loving relationship won't keep him from going to jail. Hopefully Evander will be able to straighten out the situation without having to spend time behind bars.
