After being caught by the government for not paying off Uncle Sam properly and owing $91,105.61 in unpaid taxes from 2006, Bow Wow has been getting hit with bill after bill since then. He apparently has tax troubles from the years 2008 and 2010 as well.
On top of that, Bow Wow has had to pay off a $90,000 settlement for an unpaid bill for a tour bus he used earlier this year. Now just this past week, a Georgia court judge ruled in favor of the limo company that sued Bow Wow for not paying his $4,000 bill. This settlement is going to chip away at Bow Wow's pockets a bit less than his tour bus bill, but still, having to pay up $3,594.87 is no fun.
Earlier this month, Bow Wow joked with Hip Hop Wired about his tax troubles and neglect, or rather forgetfulness, to pay his bill.
"H*ll yeah! [Laughs] Word up. Tell 'em blog that! Yeah I wrote that check, tell 'em blog that. People be forgetting, celebrities we work. I'm in the studio, I'm on a movie set, I have a million things for me to worry about. That's just something like 'Oh sh*t, I forgot.' You need that check? That's the situation, but I'm all good. If I wasn't good then my black as* would've been in jail!"
He recently hired a team of accountants and financial advisers to help him settle his current financial problems and provide him with guidance on his future financial endeavors.
