Leader of Mexican Cartel Arrested After 49 Bodies Found

Members of the extremely violent Zetas Mexican drug cartel have been charged with the heinous act of beheading 49 people.
The bodies of the 49 victims were to be dumped in a northern Mexico town square, but were dumped on a highway instead. The Zetas posted fliers warning people that they would suffer the same fate if they went against the cartel.
One member of the organization who goes by the name "El Loco", or the Crazy One, but whose real name is Daniel Jesus Elizondo Ramirez, has been detained. He allegedly received orders from higher ranking Zetas members to dump the bodies but became stricken with fear and left the corpses on the highway.
The bodies were found on Sunday, May 13th, each if which had its head, hands, and feet chopped off.
