Good luck has finally came Nick Cannon's way, as his directorial debut,"School Dance," got picked up by Lionsgate Films. The film was co-written by Cannon and Nile Evans.
Variety reveals that the movie centers around "a high school freshman who wants to be part of the most popular dance clique in his school — but he tends to freeze in the spotlight and has no clue how he's going to pass the initiation."
Cannon will be directing and producing the film through his NCredible Entertainment company, which will begin production this June.
