It's no secret that 2 Chainz and Ludacris had their differences when Chainz was still signed to Luda's Disturbing the Peace label. But the Atlanta rapper won't let that get in the way of his progress, as he's enlisted the help of 2 Chainz to be the A&R for his upcoming solo album Ludaversal.

Recently, 2 Chainz spoke on what he would be bringing to the table while working on Luda's LP.

"My job is to give him beats from my perspective, from where I come from. "I have a long history of club shows and rocking out and he's a more venue artist. So I'm just trying to give him some looks from my eyes and perspective. I'm just submitting beats from my eyes, different from what Luda usually does, that's why he hired me. Me and Luda are definitely two different artists. So, it will be different. I do a lot of clubs. So I'm just submitting 2 Chainz sh*t. Different things I think he would need or doesn't f*** with."

Luda looks to release the album on September 11th; his 35th birthday.

It will be interesting to see the two work together again since 2 Chainz decided he wanted to be his own boss.
