Beyonce proves that she really can do it all, as the multi-talented entertainer recently won a journalism award for a piece titled "Eat, Play, Love" for Essence magazine. The title was inspired by the book, Eat, Pray, Love, about a woman who traveled the globe in order to get in touch with herself after she breaks off her unhappy marriage.
Bey penned the article after taking a nine month vacation around the globe in 2010 with her family, where she visited museums, attended concerts and learned how to cook.
The officials at the New York Association of Black Journalists were so impressed with Beyonce's piece that they awarded her with a writing prize.
She'll be awarded on May 12 in New York.
