The lifelike hologram of Tupac Shakur is still heavily talked about weeks after its appearance on stage. Now, the futuristic feature is making more news as it actually caused an increase in the late rapper's record sales!

According to Billboard.biz, a few of Pac's albums as well as a couple of singles put up some rather surprising numbers since the unveiling of the hologram.

Shakur's 1988 Greatest Hits album hit the Billboard 200 charts, shooting up to 129th after selling 4,000 copies. The highly popular All Eyez One Me saw a sales increase of 95%, with 2,000 copies sold and Me Against The World saw a 53% increase with 1,000 moving off the shelves.

Three of Pac's more popular singles also saw an influx in download sales.

The track "Hail Mary" racked up 13,000 downloads while "California Love" posted 11,000 downloads. Lastly, "2 Of Amerikaz Most Wanted" saw 9,000 hits.
