Raekwon, like many others, was left awestruck by the Tupac hologram performance alongside Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg at Coachella.  During a recent interview with VIBE.com, Raekwon opened up about the Tupac hologram performance, and how he felt that this incredible use of technology was "beautiful" to him.  It made him think about Ol' Dirty Bastard and how he would love to do a hologram performance with ODB, so long as he got ODB's mother's approval first.

Here's what Raekwon had to say about the experience:

"It made me think about Ol' Dirty, too.  I would definitely have to have an understanding with his moms, because I think it all starts with they respect level. If they want us to do it and they feel like it's cool that's when we would continue to move on and do that. But I wouldn't jump up out of the blue and just say, 'Yo I want to reincarnate your son this way.' I think it's important that you get the moms respect for her son. Because it may hurt people."

Some people who saw the Tupac performance felt unnerved.  To them, it was "disrespectful" to bring a dead man back for a digitally enhanced performance. However Afeni Shakur, Tupac's mother, gave her complete approval.  Raekwon also shared his thoughts on some of the controversy that the performance caused with some fans.

"I think more importantly, moms, if she co-signed it, then it ain't about what we think. If that's a way where she felt like her son was close to the fans and that was their way of getting to touch him, I don't feel it was a bad thing. It was just kinda different."
