Soon after Floyd Mayweather tweeted "Jeremy Lin is a good player but all the hype is because he's Asian. Black players do what he does every night and don't get the same praise."

While Mayweather caught some backlash over the comment, songwriter Jenny Hyun went on a Twitter rant over the comments, which soon turned racist. She started out getting at Mayweather, who she called an "ungrateful ape" who should be "worshipping Asians." Jenny then took her anger out on the whole African American race, saying that they should be eradicated and imagining what life would be like without black people, in her mind.

After the rant reports surfaced of Jenny being admitted to a hospital to be treated for her paranoid schizophrenia, a disease she's been battling for many years. Her family and friends also issued an apology to anyone who was offended by Jenny's tweets, which were made at the "height of a psyshosis episode."
