ABC's "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" are about to see more drama, this time off-camera thanks to a new lawsuit being brought against the shows.

The two plantiffs, both African-American, went to a Nashville hotel to audition and claim they were rejected because of their race.  Upon arriving at the hotel, a producer asked one of the men what he was doing there.

Both also claim that they were taken to a side room, away from the regular audition location, and that neither men were called back.

They are expected to file a class action lawsuit in federal court Wednesday morning against ABC, Warner Horizon Television, Next Entertainment, NZK Productions and show creator Mike Fleiss.
