Hip Hop fans have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the highly anticipated collaboration between the Wu Tang Clan and D-Block.

And while an exact release date has yet to be determined, D-Block member Sheek Louch sheds some light on the project and reveals that the album will be coming this summer.

He took to Twitter to announce the debut of a new track and also that the album titled Wu-Block will be hitting stores in the coming months.

"What's good my twitter fam..I'm letting out some NEW (WU/BLOCK) sheek/gfk FIRE today called (BARRY).! Get ready album dropping this summer !

"@MsieXtrAdOiT ha lol...thanks fam...yeah wait to you hear this (WU/BLOCK) album this summer..I think its what's been missing...!"

Sheek also let loose a recent track featuring himself and Wu Tang legend Ghostface Killah.

"New WU block! Ghostface Killah from the mighty Wu Tang Clan and Sheek Louch of D Block have linked up for another collabo, this time entitled "Hands Up". We already told you about the Wu-Block, forthcoming joint Wu Tang and D Block LP that Killah and Louch will be heading up, of course alongside other members of their collectives. A few tracks from the two have surfaced and this is the latest, so if this is anything to go by, we're in for a well needed dose of real hip hop."

There's a new reason for wanting it to come faster.
