Beyonce and Jay-Z were spotted house hunting while in Miami, which is understandable given the frigid temperatures imposing on New York this time of year.
The soon-to-be first time parents are looking for a large space to raise their little bundle of joy, and we can't think of any place better than the Sunshine State.
