Kevin Gaylor of Colorodo Springs was caught off guard when he was seducing his Craiglist date and his girlfriend unexpectedly comes home. Shocked, Kevin didn't tell the truth, but called the pollice, claiming that the Craigslist date was an intruder.

Colorado Springs Police spokeswoman Barbara Miller stated that Gaylor called the station claiming that "someone is trying to get into the apartment" and he "saw a gun."

When police arrived, they found a 20-something college student sitting in a truck along with the man who drove her to Gaylor's apartment. They had traveled over an hour in snowy conditions, but Gaylor got nervous and felt the need to get rid of the girl in a hurry.

Police charged Gaylor with a misdemeanor for false reporting to authorities and faces a fine.
