Despite reports of a sprained ankle Plaxico Burress will start in Sunday's game against the Bengals. The wide receiver sat out several days last week with a sprained ankle, but is ready to perform in tonight's game.

Rex Ryan is chomping at the bit to get Plaxico on the field and states, "We'll leave him in there and let him play a bunch," referring to tonight's game.

The news isn't so great for the Jets' other new receiver, Derrick Mason, 37, who left practice Friday with an injured right knee. Backup quarterback Mark Brunell, 40, was also injured after he pulled a calf muscle while running full speed on a rollout. Neither will play in tonight's game.

Are you excited to see Plaxico play against the Bengals?
