Terrance "Gangsta" Williams discussed the complications of proffer agreements and gave his perspective on the legal woes of Keefe D. Keefe D had conducted media interviews and authored a book surrounding his involvement in a high-profile murder case, assuming his federal proffer gave him immunity. However, he later realized state and federal jurisdictions vary, and this material has now come back as evidence. Williams warned against being unguarded in interviews. Regarding proffer agreements, he clarified that they offer limited immunity, and lying can immediately negate their benefits. Vlad surmised that Keefe D perhaps wanted to tell his own side of the story after recordings of his cooperation were released.
