Crime Mob rapper Diamond recently sat down with Carlos King, and she started off speak about her life in 2011-2012, when she wanted to retreat from the media while being pursued to be on "Love and Hip Hop." This led to her discussion the attention that came from her relationships with Soulja Boy and Lil Scrappy.

Diamond explains that during that time, the Soulja Boy and Lil Scrappy scandal dominated social media. She did not feel comfortable speaking her truth on the "Love & Hip Hop" platform and wanted to find a safe space to do so.

Regarding the rumors about her relationships, Diamond clarifies that although she was still living with Lil Scrappy, they were no longer in a romantic relationship. It was challenging for her to leave because they shared bank accounts, friends, and family. They were like a married couple. Diamond also admits that she had been involved with Soulja Boy, but it was not out of revenge.

She explains that she felt undervalued in her relationship with Lil Scrappy. Although she knew he loved her, she did not believe his love was strong enough to stop him from cheating. Additionally, she mentions that her success was not celebrated without it becoming an issue. She felt like she had to dim her own light or hide her accomplishments because it caused tension between them.

Interestingly, Lil Scrappy had also talked about feeling unsupported by his ex-partner Bambi in his own success, and she always made it about herself. Diamond finds it intriguing that he has brought up similar issues that she experienced in their relationship.

Diamond reveals that she met Soulja Boy at a celebrity basketball game or possibly the Ozone Awards. They had occasional conversations on Twitter or through T-Mobile Sidekicks. You can hear more about how things fell together between them above.
