It seems Cardi B went from a hip-hop nobody to a superstar overnight, and the Bronx-born rhymer's meteoric success doesn't appear to be losing steam anytime soon.

On Monday, Cardi's name was forever etched into the history books when she set a new Billboard chart record. "Motorsport," the hit Migos track featuring her and Nicki Minaj, jumped to the number six spot on the Hot 100, making Cardi the first female rapper to ever place in the top ten with her first three entries.

Just as impressive as the milestone is the speed with which Cardi achieved it. In September Cardi landed her first number one spot with "Bodak Yellow" (also making her the first female rapper to score a solo #1 since Lauryn Hill's 1998 track "Doo Wop (That Thing), and in October her collab with A$AP Rocky on the G-Eazy song "No Limit" climbed to the number seven slot on the Hot 100.

"Motorsport" marked a new record for Nicki Minaj as well, becoming her 15th appearance in the top ten.

With all her success, it seemed only fitting when last week for his 26th birthday Cardi gifted her fiance Offset with a brand new Rolls-Royce Wraith, which sells for north of $300,000.
