Recently, Nicki Minaj made her way back to the spotlight with a stand-out appearance on Migos’ “Motorsport” featuring Cardi B. Now, the Queens star has delivered some commentary on the state of hip-hop, specifically in terms of white rappers.

Via a now deleted IG post, Minaj said “It’s a great time to be a white rapper in America huh? These are the top 10 rap songs on US iTunes.” Her statement was in reference to a screenshot she posted of the top 10 rap charts, where over seven of the songs feature a white rapper.

After posting her first caption, the rapper changed her tune and updated her statement, adding “S/O to Em & Post. Two of my faves. Congrats to Em on his new album. #Motorsport put dat thing in sport.”

From there, much debate ensued over her comments, which led her to add one more part to the caption before completely deleting. Minaj said “*UPDATE* blocking all u sensitive d**k riders. It IS a great time to be a white rapper in America. I wanna sign one for my new label. U know anyone? I spk my mthafkn mind n if u don’t like it gtfo my page d**k rida!
