LeBron James is spreading Christmas cheer. The Cleveland Cavalier and some of his teammates toured a local Cleveland hospital on Wednesday (December 13) to visit sick children for the holiday. While there, James received a hilarious request from one of his fans: dunk on Lonzo Ball.

LeBron walked into the room of a young boy named Andrew and offered up some words of encouragement and signed a t-shirt for him. As LeBron was saying his farewell during a high-five, Andrew asked LeBron, "Can you dunk on Lonzo for me?"

Everyone in the room began to laugh, and LeBron responded with, "I got you. I got you. He might not be in my way — once he sees I'm about to take off, he might move out the way."

LeBron has shown his respect for Lonzo Ball and was likely just playing along with Andrew. The Cavs are scheduled the Los Angeles Lakers Thursday, so we'll see if 'Bron keeps his promise to little Andrew.

As the Holidays are in full effect, the NBA has been doing much charitable work and giving back to their local communities. Russell Westbrook and the OKC Thunder took children being raised by their grandparents on a Target shopping spree, and Anthony Davis and the Pelicans gifted a young mother and her children with toys and the keys to a new automobile.
